Art with Heart Fundraisers!
Let CarlottaART be apart of your next fundraiser.
Painting Parties are a great way to bring awareness and raise money for your organization.
Fundraisers are $40 per attendee and that includes instruction and all supplies needed to paint a 16 x 20 work of art.
There is a minimum of 15 attendees to reserve a fundraiser painting party and we can accommodate a maximum of 30 attendees.
CarlottaART gives back $10 for every seat sold for the fundraiser. You supply the venue, tables, chairs and we supply instruction and all painting supplies.
The painting party will last about two hours (we arrive about an hour before the scheduled painting time to set up) and the host gets to pick the featured painting for the group from our online Gallery. Click Gallery.
Once we set a date and time for the fundraiser we will put a link on our Painting Party Calendar page and your attendees can go there to pay for their seat/s.
Having attendees pay for their seat/s online, helps us get an attendee count and know how much supplies we'll need to bring to the fundraiser.
There's a $40 dollar deposit to reserve your date.
What to do next:
1) Talk to your group and get a consensus on who will commit to attend.
2) Choose a date and time.
3) Email us and we'll be glad to check available dates.
Once your requested date is confirmed, submit your deposit. Deposit can be paid on our Painting Party Calendar page. Scroll to the bottom of the page once there.
